We had 2 major jobs completed by New Look Homes, and are absolutely delighted with both results. We had our concrete guttering removed and replaced with UPVC fascia boards and plastic guttering. We also had all our double glazed windows replaced.
In both jobs Dave and his team were very tidy, courteous to neighbours, listened to what we wanted, whilst also offering expert advice. They clearly know the trade inside out.
The overall finish was excellent with high quality workmanship and attention to detail They are punctual, trustworthy to have about your house, and keep you informed of the progress of the job. The work came in on time and to what the original quote was. Highly recommend!

In 2010 you did a new front bay window and front door and later you did soffits and new guttering for our house and our neighbors either side.
In 2012 you fitted new windows and full glass back door when we had our new extension built : we then had our bathroom alteration which you did with a plumber partner. More recently you have replaced all the windows and a new rear door at our church schoolroom, Fife Street Free Methodist Church.
All the work you have done for us has been to a high standard any problems have been immediately dealt with and always with a pleasant and cheerful manner. I have no problem in recommending your work to other people.

I have been a customer of Newlook homes for over 4 years. Mr David Richardson has completed work on both my old property and my new property. I struggle to fault any of the work I have had done by David as he works to a high standard and is very professional. David provides a good aftercare service and any issues, he has always sorted them out. David is approachable and I find this is what customers need. I certainly would recommend Newlook homes - I don't use anyone else as I like the service provided and the work is always of a high standard. Fair and reasonable prices which is welcoming. A professional and approachable company.
